SuiteHaus focuses on restoring existing homes in urban neighborhoods in Minneapolis and the surrounding area. We are dedicated to acquiring and restoring homes while keeping the original character of the house, and the details specific to the era that it was built. SuiteHaus is looking to strengthen home ownership. We strategically acquire homes close to amenities in the Cities (transit, local businesses, access to jobs) to support a lifestyle that helps lessen the carbon footprint and also helps communities to thrive.

Al has spent his entire career in construction, founding several successful businesses including A. Maas Construction Inc. and Meadowcroft Homes LLC. He has managed all aspects of residential construction, development and renovation. He has deep understanding of the fundamentals involved; an outstanding reputation with his contractors, customers and vendors; and the proven ability to manage multiple complex projects profitability.
Al is committed to bringing his considerable talents and experience to bear on the mission of developing more quality and attainable housing to what he believes is an underserved and deserving market.

Courtney specializes in interior & exterior design selections. Through long time relationships with vendors, she is able to bring our clients the best products and highest quality finishes for their home. She enjoys the creative process of ensuring a project comes together with cohesion and represents it’s owner’s style and taste masterfully.
